Reviews are very misleading. Worst property management company I have ever worked with or used as a renter. Had to relocate for military and house was in terrible shape when we arrived. Had to have it professionally cleaned before we moved in. Upon moving out we had the property professionally cleaned as well as the carpets and were charged for things that were fixed and cleaned. Terrible communication throughout our time there and no respect for tenants. As a property owner I would look elsewhere and as a renter I would look elsewhere.

Reply to the response below: We have the email traffic from when we moved in letting you know the condition of the home. Which was never replied to stating that the home was in the terrible condition. We gave you a 90 day notice on when we would be moving out and you listed the house two weeks before we moved out and the day you listed it you tried to have a showing two hours later. Which we did decline as well as the next week when we have three sick kids. Those were the only two showings. We let you and your team know when everyone was better and to please show during the day due to our 1 year old going to bed at a decent hour. We also sent you pictures of when we moved out and showed everything was cleaned that you didn’t acknowledge. We were aware it could take 30 days for our deposit to be refunded due to state law but when I dropped off they keys your bragged that y’all are usually faster than that and that we should have it in a week. We also reached out to the company that professionally cleaned the carpet when we moved out and they confirmed that there was no sign of any fleas and that there was a cat in the house that had used a closet as a bathroom. Funny thing is we don’t have a cat due to kids being highly allergic. Clearly from the owners before. If you would have had it cleaned before we got there you would have noticed this and we would not have had it professionally cleaned ourselves when we were trying to move in from out of state. It was in the multiple emails we sent when we moved in that you and your team did not respond to. Guess you didn’t want to admit you guys messed up. Hopefully this review helps owners and renters truly understand why their home isn’t rented and why renters don’t go to this “management” team for properties.
