Konstantin is an amazing artist and craftsman. His attention to detail is remarkable; nothing is good enough for him until it is perfect. I was so lucky to find him when looking for someone to make some very unique cicada earrings based on another design, because he was so patient and careful with the process, making sure that I was completely happy with every step until the final product arrived. When I did see the final pieces, I was blown away. They were far better than my wildest dreams! He worked and reworked them until they were beautiful and still light enough to be totally comfortable. I loved them so much, I knew immediately that I had to ask Konstantin to make my wedding bands for my fiance and myself. I can't wait to see what he will do! Please do yourself a favor and see what this man can do, it is really amazing!

After about a week of searching for a reputable jeweler to authenticate a watch I am buying, I was referred to try Kupfer Fine Jewelry. After reading the many great reviews, I decided to give them a call to get more information on their services. The person I spoke with was extremely rude right from the start, after explaining my situation and asking for information and pricing of their authentication service, he told me he "doesn't do business over the phone" and the only way to get any information was to come into the store. I then explained that I am not local and would have the seller drop off the watch, so he told me to email them instead. I kindly asked for the email address and he told me "ask the person who referred you". I didn't want any problems so I said ok and told him that I will be sending the email shortly and the call was ended. Immediately after the call, I sent an email asking for the information as I was told. Its been over a week and I have never heard back. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I went into the store. I asked to try on a watch. The sales associate asked the manager/owner whether I could look at the watch. The owner came out and told me I could NOT try it on. I asked him if I could pick it up. He asked, “are you gonna buy it?” When I told him I would have to look at it first, he told me I would never buy it. It’s $100,000 watch. I told him I know about the brand.
