UPDATE: I have had several visits now at this location when everything was good. I think it's only fair that I mention that. But I'm lowering my score to two stars for being turned away by an employee. On Wednesday, Oct 13th, at 8:53 pm I arrived at the drive thru entrance. There was a wet floor sign blocking entry and 2 workers were outside. One was holding the back door while the other was fetching the wet floor sign. I asked her what time they closed and she said "at 9pm, well actually now". So I'm wondering how long they had already been "closed" with that sign blocking the drive thru? So is 9pm just a suggested closing time? As a consumer, how am I supposed to know when they're going to be open? Is taco bell ran by a corporation or left to the whims of teenagers? Now I know better than to make a trip to taco bell anywhere near their suggested closing time.
So annoying.... After every item ordered, you have to answer three questions: Do you want to add extra beef? Do you want to add extra sour cream? Do you want anything else? Then when you're done: Do you want anything to drink? Do you want any hot sauce? Does everything look right on the screen? Do you want to round up and donate your change? It's ridiculous. And I don't think any corporation should be soliciting donations (panhandling) from their customers UNLESS the company is going to match these donations. In other words, put your money where your mouth is. Pay...

Read moreWe usually go to another location but my kids were hungry so we went drive thru here. The guy on the mike was rude when we asked about a substitution of a sauce and why there is a charge. We honestly just were curious, as it didn't make sense since they were both same level of sauce (chipotle exchanged for ranch or Baja). Rather than explain it was policy to charge for add on and not just substitute, he snickered, said " I'm not gunna just going to be giving you stuff for FREE" and we started to get defensive. We again tried to clarify and he refused to hear us, the order was still wrong on the screen and we said " never mind we are going to just go to the other location where they aren't as rude" and he smarted off saying "fine, you do that, I SUPPOSE I can cancel your order for you". There was a vehicle in front of us so we had to wait to drive through. When we did he stared and mouth something through closed window and we drove off. I don't get why he felt so comfortable being so immature and taunting, its amazing that people get paid and encouraged to act...
