Got off to a rocky start. I had visited this store twice before I finally broke down and did my order online.

The first time was a long wait while someone else was there designing shirts. I was a little disappointed as someone came in after me and was helped right away.

The second time I got there 5 mins before they opened to make sure I was first. I waited 15 minutes after they opened and no employee showed up.

So I finally broke down and went online. I have designed many shirts for events, businesses and personal use. I found their website easy to use. They do offer the option for instore pickup which will save you on shipping.

They ended up not having the color in the size I wanted and I went in and picked out something else. Honestly it came out better in the darker color. The staff member was very friendly and helpful.

The shirt I ordered was very basic but came out looking really nice. The shirt and design have been holding up well to the heat and outdoor activities I have been putting the shirt through.

Located on the main floor of Burnsville Center, directly in from the Center’s parking lot doors between where Sears used to be and JC Penney, Customize It can add your words onto just about anything. The store doesn’t carry my size T-shirt (6XLT), but they allowed me to bring in my own. It was brand new and never worn. Andreea (yes, two e’s) sat with me and helped arrange my custom words, giving input when I asked and listening to my every word. I’ve read reviews that claim the products they carry to be low quality. Fine, then bring in your own “quality” product! Or they say “I clearly was looking like I needed help, but they ignored me.” My response is; did you ask for help? When I was there, Andreea was working on another, very large, order. If I hadn’t spoken up, I’m sure she would have continued working on it. I would expect no less at any other establishment. People aren’t mind readers! I’m very satisfied with my customized shirt. This place is truly wonderful. They literally will customize exactly what you want. Clothes, mugs, picture frames, you name it! I first came into them a couple years ago to get a few professional pictures printed onto glass plate type frames. They sat with me for a long time picking the background, border, adjusting sizing etc and they turned out so beautiful! I went in again this week to get some custom (and I mean super custom) designs put onto mugs and T-shirts for some gifts. Along with the wonderful quality of work that they do, their prices are unspeakably reasonable!! Will come back many more times for gifts, and...
