Wedding Day Diamonds - Burnsville — Local services in Burnsville

I would just like to post this for brides out there. I got this ring in Eden Prairie who i had an amazing experience with. This post is nothing against Eden Prairie wedding day thankfully they are the ones who are fixing the problem with the ring in the pictures. So I work closer to Burnsville wedding day and i figured they all have the same procedures as other wedding day diamonds with the perfect ring promise. I am posting this because i don't feel like they took that seriously with my ring. Its like the jeweler didn't even care about my ring. I just wanted them to put it together and have everything line up and be perfect. The jeweler failed to provide that for me. It is like he was too in a hurry to check my ring or even care about it. They handed me over this ring in the pictures. Thinking that they did a good job as you can clearly see it is very uneven and not lined up. My lower band under my engagement ring is bigger than my engagement ring. I am very unhappy with his work because being that I have a newer engagement many people like to see my ring and right now they have to look at this uneven ring. I would have been okay if he told me hey I messed up but I promise I will fix it. But nothing was said to me I noticed it on my drive home after I left the Burnsville location. Last night we talked with a girl at the Burnsville location about it and she to was acting like nothing was wrong with it. She didn't even say anything was wrong with it then picks up a ring from the case and starts comparing them in front of me. Which was not needed. Because you can clearly see its uneven. I am very unhappy with this location. They did not make me feel valued they made me feel like they didn't care. I have never written a review for anywhere, but I had such a great experience here that I had to share. I was born with a hand deformity and have always been terrified of the day that I went ring shopping because my hand is so small and I am so insecure and I was heartbroken thinking about not being able to have the same ring shopping experience as other women. Christine was fantastic with me. She made it possible for me to try on rings, she made me feel comfortable and not at all insecure about my hand. For the first time in my life I felt like my left hand was beautiful and I felt confident having a ring on and I didn't feel like I needed to hide my deformity. I felt so comfortable and taken care of and she helped me find a ring that complimented my hand and finger size and shape. She was so accommodating and encouraging and gentle with something that I have been so afraid of my whole life. I would recommend this place to anyone in the future. I would especially recommend them if you or someone you know has any type of hand deformity or disability. They made sure that I could have any experience just like any other woman and gave me an experience that I never thought I would get to have. I am so thankful for the time Christine spent with me and my partner and the respect and thoughtfulness that she provided when dealing with a disability, deformity, insecurity, and the nerves that come with that. My husband worked with Jesse at the Burnsville store when he purchased my engagement ring in April of 2018. He raved about the experience he had and it made shopping so easy for him. We attended Weddings Day’s engagement party at Pinstripes in May 2018, WOW! What an event. We were impressed by the wonderful food, drinks, prizes and the amazing staff. I got to meet Jesse at the engagement party and we were able to share the story of our engagement. This was a second marriage for both of us and my husband involved all 6 of our kids in the proposal. We purchased my wedding band at the Burnsville store in August of 2018, Jesse wasn’t in that evening, but I can’t remember who we worked with. However, she was very helpful with helping me select my wedding band to go with my engagement ring. Tonight I stopped in the Burnsville to get my ring cleaned and was greeted with a smile by Anne, she took my ring, inspected it and then cleaned it up. We chatted while my ring was being cleaned and I shared our engagement story and showed her a picture of our kids holding their proposal signs. She made me feel like we were old friends catching up. She was never annoyed that I had only stopped in to get my ring cleaned. My ring from my previous marriage was from a mall jewelry store and they always acted annoyed that I was asking to have my ring cleaned and inspected. Plus I always had to carry stupid warranty paperwork with for them to stamp when I would have it cleaned and inspected, now THAT was annoying. I mean, who carries that with them?!
