FIVE STARS!!!!!!!! Amazing! Im usually the person who never writes reviews! Im normally the person who reads through each review to find out if a product is good, or if its fake. I can tell you that Paul and his team sell an amazing product and show amazing customer service through the entire experience. I moved to Minneapolis from Utah last summer with my car and a few boxes, found an apartment, and then needed to fill it with furniture. I went shopping at the typical furniture stores and was blown away by how expensive things were. After sleeping on an air mattress for a few months and being frustrated with all the salesman, I came across a facebook ad for drop box mattresses. At first I was hesitant, ive never purchased anything from a direct supplier, nor have I ever believed it was real. I decided to reach out and see what they had to offer. I received a prompt and kind response from one of Paul's associates asking how I could be helped. I replied with my concerns and thoughts on the company but also the kind of mattress i was looking for. I received yet another kind response that made me feel comfortable and engaged. We set up a time for me to visit the warehouse and that it was a zero pressure style event. I walked in and was welcomed by Paul, his honesty and integrity made me feel right at home as we browsed each mattress. Paul's knowledge was welcoming but never felt bossy or sales type. I again expressed my concerns about buying from a non mainstream company and he reassured me that this was the way to go. After spending almost an hour laying an each bed, finding what I liked, I pulled the trigger and asked the price. I was blown away by how much cheaper it was to buy direct from Paul the supplier as apposed to a big name store!!!!! I immediately pulled out my wallet and was begging him to take my money before this deal was gone! Paul told me that these deals are always available because he is the direct seller. The delivery process was straight forward and I was able to purchase an amazing pillowtop mattress, base, during lunchtime and had it delivered that afternoon!!!! If anyone is hesitant at a facebook ad, google ad, review or any of the above about buying from a non mainstream store... look no further!!!! Paul and his team have an amazing product with zero catch and most of all they want you comfortable and happy until the very end!!!! Great Job guys! We purchased an expensive mattress here in January of 21. $2900 to be exact out the door mattress base tax etc . We were told it was solid and that we would have several years out of it it is now sinking and it is only been one year We have called stopped by being this is right by our house no one there to help or always closed no answer no returns. Now we are stuck purchasing a brand new bed after only one year! Do yourself a favor, go to a furniture store where they guarantee them or to home furniture whether they will give you money back even years after you have purchased the mattress. Initially referred friends here but will now tell everyone we know not to purchase from here.

I went to this store with the intention of purchasing a new queen mattress for my daughter. Maureen was very helpful and made sure we found the best thing for her. She made sure my daughter was comfortable with the mattress she was choosing, we ended up leaving the store with that mattress. I ended up purchasing a new king mattress and adjustable base for myself. The no pressure sales made me want to buy more. I was told the adjustable base would be delivered in about 2 weeks. It was less than a week for me to get it, then while arranging delivery of the king mattress, the delivery guy was so accommodating for the delivery. I would recommend this store to anyone!
