This location is a joke!!!! Their employees have ZERO knowledge every time I call I cannot get ANYONE to help me but they take my bi-weekly payment like clockwork! The item I am renting hasn't worked properly since day one and even my delivery was messed up! Not one person has offered me a replacement or solution to this problem. Going to stop payment today, bet they respond to me quickly on Monday. No one ever shows up when they say, blown off twice, but I bet after I stop payment they will be right at my door. I was able to go to Rent-A-Center and get a computer bundle at a better price, the same day (her birthday), and was able to make payments over time, so it didn't cause me any financial stress.
