Went here for a routine oil change. No lights were on I just realized I had reached my allotted amount of miles and it was time. Went there & went home. Later that day while driving on the interstate headed to work my car stopped accelerating & then I heard a noise so I pulled over. Popped the hood and there was oil everywhere. Express oil had closed so I had my car towed home. My car was towed to their facility on that Monday, they claim they looked over everything and that nothing they did caused fault & that there was a known issue with my car. Thatās highly untrue, I called Kia and was reassured the engine issue had NOTHING to do with my particular year. I also had 2 different mechanics to look at it who both stated thereās NO WAY they can confirm nor deny anything they did wrong would have caused this issue. I feel because Iām a woman they tried to get over on me. I called corporate and left a voicemail and that was weeks ago. Iām a working mother of two so it was hard to find the time but I guarantee going forward I will find time to consult with legal experts.
Update: I followed your instructions & called twice. I left a voicemail both times. Over 2 months ago and I have YET to receive a call back to even acknowledge...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell first off: As I pull up and being told to stop and wait by employee named Tanner, he had the strong nerve to criticize in front of me the way of my driving and parking telling to another costumer right next to me as I have told him ā I can hear you! ā Then he stopped and said ā I donāt care ~ oh well ā¦ā Because I called him out. Which it was clearly unprofessional on his part. Despite all that , Zack helped me out and asked questions about my needs of service on my vehicle, very caring , knowledgeable and professional, he went above and beyond with his great customer service and care for whatever needs to be done on your motor vehicle. Then the assistant manager came out and apologized for Tannerās negative attitude and acting unprofessionally which is not just making himself as an employee look bad but the whole Work shop. If he did it to me and he can do it to other customers too. But for the most part everyone else is nice and respectful. It was just that ONE time today from him. My biggest advice is never let having a bad day at work get the best out of you and sharing it to other customers and especially when others can HEAR you and leave a review like this and for some may not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI happened to be traveling through Calera on my way home, and unfortunately got a flat tire. It was the perfect storm of bad timing, incredibly delayed roadside service, and the literal annoyance of cold and rainy weather. I looked up tire mechanics in the area and happened upon these guys. After a couple of calls to let them know i was still awaiting a tow truck, we realized I might not even make it to them before closing time. And on top of that, if it was deemed that I did need a new tire, they might not have what I needed. It was at this point that the managers asked me where I was located! Wyatt and Sam actually drove to where I was, helped me put my spare tire on, and assisted me safely to the shop. They were busy, and still took incredible care of me. I truly can't thank the team there enough. The customer service is off the charts. Everyone was personable and kind, the shop itself is clean and orderly, and they got me taken care of super fast! Honestly, I am just so thankful to have encountered such a great team. Its too bad I'm not a local, but I'm very thankful that it was in Calera that my tire blew. :) THANKS...
