Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Calera

This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut we have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. We keep ordering from them because they're so much cheaper than Dominos and they used to be good. We keep giving them chances....trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, it's late and completely wrong. The past 5 times IN A ROW, it's been wrong. We've had to wait over 2 hours for them to redeliver the correct pizza before. We understand long wait times, as it's usually a weekend when we order. That wouldn't be an issue if our order was correct at least 60% of the time. But no. Now, we EXPECT it to be wrong. And it always is. And the worst part is, the manager couldn't care less. Every time I've spoken to her, she sounds indifferent to the situation and makes no effort to right their wrongs. You would think that it would be more cost efficient for them to just do it right the first time, than to keep having to redeliver the proper pizza, which even then is still sometimes wrong. We've even contacted corporate about our experience there and haven't gotten anywhere. We're done. We will not be ordering from this...

Today, I order the Boston Style Supreme.which comes with a 2 Liter for $15.99. However, there was no Italian Sausage on my pizza at all, only vegetables. Plus, my wait time became longer because it was switched over to DoorDash. The driver Betty brought my pizza and it was COLD! I mean COLD! Come to think of it I don’t believe this pizza was even mines. Because it had only vegetables and NO SAUSAGE! I was so disappointed. Also, my garlic sauce was missing that I ordered. However, my pizza was really good and the crust was amazing that’s one of the reasons why I’m giving it a high rating. But, especially because the manager Patty gave me a credit for my entire order and apologized too me about the inconvenience. I didn’t get a chance to tell there was no meat on my pizza I only found it out later once I looked closely at my pizza. You be the judge! But, I give 5 stars for Patty. She was very polite, professional and treated me as a valued customer. Keep up the good work. But, please be more careful with making pizza’s and the drivers need to make sure that they give the right order to...

I wish I could give no stars. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now for my dinner. If I ever get it I will post an update. When I called the store they said it was on the way an hour ago and I live 15 minutes from the store at the most . I want my money back and I can just get Door dash because that actually works.

So. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I got my luke warm food. The lady who answered the phone said she had 16 delivery orders and 2 drivers. So stop taking orders. I tried to order Papa John's first because I know Calera pizza hut sucks but they wouldn't let me. The app said that I would have to choose another store. They couldn't keep up so they shut it down. I certainly prefer that than saying I'm going to get dinner in 30 minutes and it takes 5 times that. I'm writing this review so I never order anything from the Calera pizza hut again. In a few years I might think about it and this will remind...
