I have been to this shop twice the first time everything came out great . Well just recently I took in two blankets one was a Kate spade blanket where I wanted my initials but on it as large as possible I’m the middle . Long story short the blanket was not done correct and it wasn’t like the paper that they have you review as to directions .

The issue that I have is I called the acting manager said she would talk to whomever that does the monogramming and see what they could do to rectify what the did wrong. I never got a call so I called back was told basically there was nothing they can do I can think of several things you can do one at least act as if you cared you messed up my blanket, refund me ,give me a credit for the next blanket now I have to buy another blanket and get that done the way I actually desire so ultimately I have to spend more money. Never responds to messages and when they do it’s months later, I ordered a jacket back in January never got an update on what was going on with stock/shipping. Needed to change my shipping address as I was moving and it took weeks for a response with no update on my side of the order so I have no idea where it’s going. Finally told it’s shipped….over a month ago and no update, no tracking, still no clue where it’s headed because on my end of the order they still never changed my address like I requested and was told that it would be changed and no idea. Not only do they have really cute clothes at great prices, but they have the best customer service I have ever experienced.
