I have been to this shop twice the first time everything came out great . Well just recently I took in two blankets one was a Kate spade blanket where I wanted my initials but on it as large as possible I’m the middle . Long story short the blanket was not done correct and it wasn’t like the paper that they have you review as to directions .
The issue that I have is I called the acting manager said she would talk to whomever that does the monogramming and see what they could do to rectify what the did wrong. I never got a call so I called back was told basically there was nothing they can do I can think of several things you can do one at least act as if you cared you messed up my blanket, refund me ,give me a credit for the next blanket now I have to buy another blanket and get that done the way I actually desire so ultimately I have to spend more money.
