I used to work at a different department of this same store, and Iām extremely disappointed to see the way that the customer service in the pharmacy is not held to the same standard as we were in the rest of the store. I came through with a friend who was getting prescriptions, and the bill was around 100 dollars. Not expecting it to be that much, my friend very politely asked if there was any sort of billing system to her account, so she could pay it later in the day when she got paid. The older woman at the window couldnāt hear her, so she continued to yell at the top of her lungs at us through the window until my friend spoke up more. When she finally heard her, she made the most disgusted expression I have ever seen and laughed in my friendās face. I have never ever seen such disrespect from any customer service worker, especially at an establishment that I know for a FACT values their customer service over anything. I have never once written a bad review for anywhere, and as someone who has worked in customer service since high school, I tend to be very understanding of employees who may be having a bad day. But this is absolutely not something I ever expected to see from anyone, much less the Publix I worked at for years. There is no way that this could have been misunderstood or misinterpreted, that was hands-down the rudest thing anyone has ever said in front of me as an employee ANYWHERE. Do not use this pharmacy if you want to be treated with basic...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA good deal here financially on their promotional generic drugs. You can even get some rx's like Amoxicillin filled free. Not so good on some drugs. They are almost $30 per month higher on a family members B.C. pills than our local drug store. In general I am not impressed with their pharmacy staff. On two occassions I or a family member have been given an "off the cuff - whatever" type answer to a technical question. Their online refill system is not at all user friendly. If you need something at a particular time you have to call them and talk to a person. They can ring up your stuff ok but I would not recommend them for any type of discussion on medication details, side effects, alternative options, etc....They give the distinct impression of being too busy to spend time with you! Overall they are OK if you are a knowledgeable shopper but not recommended if you need helpful information. Shop around for price. Today they filled one for me when I was in a hurry and when I later had time to check I found it was 16%...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been using this pharmacy for about 5 years. They always get my meds filled quickly and correctly. However, the person I spoke to on the phone today was extremely rude. Her name was Hannah. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk and she had a condescending tone to her voice. She acted as if I was bothering her by asking a simple question about my prescription. Which is unacceptable as it is HER job to answer these questions. If I hadn't already dropped my prescription off, I would be taking it somewhere else. Everyone else is very kind but her .You are in the business of treating and providing a service to people who are most likely sick or have an on going condition that makes life hard enough without you having a nasty attitude. If you cant do that it may be time to find a new profession. Next time, it would be wise to LISTEN ans WAIT to answer the question until it has been...
