It’s the audacity for me. I’m truly in Awe that I placed a online order. Two actually. I get there three cars ahead of me. She asked me to hold on so many times, I should have known then. I had a large island strawberry freeze, up-charge .80, added guacamole extra .70, extra cheese extra .60, extra .50 for Chicken, jalapeños extra .50. Your out of half my first order. I STILL agree. The ENTIRE 2nd order you don’t have. I ask for a refund. You say I have to call the number it’s a third party. So, I ask what happens to the extra charges for the stuff you don’t have on my first order, you huff (I guess because im now on your timer since the two cars in front of me are gone). I ask to cancel both orders. You say you can’t. You don’t have what I ordered. I’m the one with NO FOOD and $23 at a non authentic Mexican food drive through in a pandemic at the job YOU applied to work at and YOU are made at me? No apologies. No let me see what I can do. No let me loop in a manager. No please come back tomorrow and we’ll make it right. Just full on audacity, attitude and disrespect. Food: Standard menu over time, they come out with limited time items like the new Cantina Chicken Taco and other meals along with it, their Chipotle sauce is their signature sauce and is a must try, it's permanent too so don't worry too much about it going away.
Service: It was good, they were nice to us and as about as average as you're gonna get. Locations may vary and you might get some employees get mad at you for no reason at other Taco Bells. They no longer sell water cups for free since people have been getting sodas instead of water which is kinda sad.
Atmosphere: Taco Bell has a simple but yet outdated but the business doesn't have a lot of money, not a lot of service, they are simply just doing what they are doing. The interior has grown on me and will slowly diminish in likeness over time but hey enjoy while it lasts. Read moreWent back to day- August 15th 2025- ordered via the window/ drivethru. Got home in Alabaster and my order was incomplete. Called the number listed in the internet for them - no answer. Called several times- finally left message. My wife, hungry, so I get back in my car and drove back. Went through the drive thru. told them that the order was incomplete- as it was. Told them I should be offered something due to my having to drive back from Alabaster and their phone not be answered. They grunted and handed my the burrito. Why I ever went back there - who knows. DO NOT TUST THESE GUYS!!! Or check your order thoroughly prior to pulling away. They have no concern over any mistakes they make. And act like it is a grand inconvenience for them to make right what they failed at.
HORRIBLE service!!! I asked to add something on to my order and the response was 'OH we cannot do that!" The stupid young, untrained, uneducated young man at the window was intimating that I wanted something free I assume- his response was horrible and then the wait for my food left me with soggy wet tacos....... Fire that young man or provide better training...
