OG Puff Smoke Shop — Local services in Calera

Had to change my review after a frustrating experience. A few weeks ago the staff refused to exchange a defective Geek Bar. I had the receipt and box etc. If you use disposable vapes, you know that they aren't supposed to make crackling/hissing noises when you inhale. The flavor (Mexico Mango) was sour, and it didn't taste like it normally does. I've purchased faulty vapes before and I've never encountered any issues exchanging them. When I brought it inside, one guy took a hit and said it tasted fine and there wasn't anything they could do. I know the customer isn't always right, but in this case I definitely was. I feel ripped off, at very least they could have given me a refund. Now I'm out $25 and stuck with a gross, dysfunctional vape. I usually love this place, but I don't plan on coming back if I have to gamble with the quality of what...

This place is an amazing friendly environment! Been going here and getting my needs here since October 2021. Since 2 weeks after they opened. Very awesome cool people, beautiful souls. Very good people. Very helpful! And they have a lot of good stuff to smoke. Cheaper than a lot of places. It would be VERY good to come visit and even just chill and smoke! Lots of cool stuff here. I have developed a very beautiful bond with these folks. They have been very very good to me. I most of the time come in to hang out and visit. Always a wonderful experience when visiting the shop. The atmosphere is always positive whenever you walk in the door. With whatever person that's working that day they always are on target with needs and smiles and all the help in questions. I learn about a new product every time I come in because of the way they set everything up so it's seen and been moved around. I always find something new I have to buy. I recommend OG to everyone. We need one in the Pell City area really bad. Some new shops needing businesses just opened in the Ragland/Coal City area by Shirley's Main Line BBQ a tattoo shop just opened in one of the spaces.
