Two weeks ago a young lady was asked to buy a mask (from Son’s) in order to enter the store. Wonderful, right? Fast forward and once again I have to go to my neighborhood beauty supply store. The very first sight upon entrance is another lady straight down aisle in front of me with no mask. I asked why isn’t she wearing a mask? He replies uh uh uh. She says “excuse me?” Me: “Why yes, I will excuse you to get a mask”. You’re right she says and went to car to get her mask. Meantime, I wish to know why WE must wear a mask but not others. I tried to exchange it within 3 days per company policy, and she did not have the item in stock to exchange or a similar product. She refused to give me a refund and only offered store credit.
