Bought a queen size bed and box spring set for 199.00, in the calhoun store, needless to say the one that they say they or selling in the store is not what u get when they deliver. I got a trashy hard mattress, cant hardly sleep on, and the one thats in the store, is pillow top on both sides, the one i thought i was getting, called the guy ( robert) who sold us the set, and hes acted dumb about it and started arguing with me on the phone, saying the ones that we seen he just got in. No i know what i freaking paid for and i know what i didnt get! If u ask me he didnt care at all and just took my money! I will not be going back!!! So dont make the same mistake i did, dont buy a bed set from them. Cause u wont get what...

This place is usually my go to after Goodwill raised their prices but now they seem to be doing the same. 80$ for a used bench, or 20$ for a used robe is crazy when it’s coming from a thrift store that sells completely donated items. The customer service has gone down extremely recently. I brought two of the same exact children’s pants, just two different colors, to the register and didn’t notice one was $1.50 more expensive than the other pair exactly like them. The woman working the counter didn’t care to change the price at all. It made absolutely no sense why they’d be priced differently. They definitely need to get their employees on the same page with pricing and stop raising prices on items that look antique...
