I order from this Pizza Hut almost every Tuesday and then on various other days. Several times I have ordered a specialty box with buffalo chicken. Online it does not allow me to add buffalo so I choose chicken and then call with the request. For 5 times no one has ever said anything about this. Today I am told that it will be a $6 up charge. That is okay too. What bothered me is that I had to wait on hold for 9 minutes to talk to the only person at the restaurant who can cancel my order and this is after a "waitress" tells me "I think we can make this right...we don't want you to cancel your order." That is what bothered me. I am eager to see if they did actually take that order off. I told them I probably would not be back because I ordered delivery because I am very busy. I did not have the time to wait on hold for 9 minutes for something so easy. I understand it is Friday and they are busy, but so am I. Come on people. Read moreIn all the years I have lived in Calhoun, I have never had an experience like this from Pizza Hut. I ordered 3 pizzas for my families dinner. They came pretty fast and very hot. BONUS! But- when we started eating I found a long dark hair in a slice. Then my grandson layed his slice back on his plate and said I’m not eating food with hair in it. There was long dark hair in 2 of the 3 pizzas. I called and spoke to the manager who said she would give me $45 of $45.08 back in store credit, then told me I had to use it within 2 weeks. Fine. Not a great answer because we will be skiddish to order again that soon. But I accepted it. That was January 31, 2024 and I am STILL waiting for a credit to show on my account. I spoke to customer service who knew nothing about the credit but said they would pass it on back to the store and I would receive a call within 3 days. Still haven’t. Read moreI placed an order for a large 3 topping thin crust pizza with the call center. I was told it would be $11.76. I arrived to pick up my order and was told it would be $21 and change, I figured he clicked the wrong order...he verified my order and insisted the price he told me was correct. I told him I was quoted $11.76. He said he would check and offered me another deal of $14 and change for my pizza...it was late and I was tired and hungry so I reluctantly agreed. Then he informed me it was more than $16 with tax. Add anger to the fact that I was already tired and hungry. I told him to just cancel the order and walked away...bait and switch is rude and bad business practice...I looked online after the fact and there was indeed a large 3 topping pizza listed for $11.76.
