The boba is AMAZING but they always take forever. Today I ordered a classic milk tea with tapioca. I sat and waited for a good 30 min. During that time they served two other customers who ORDERED AFTER ME. One ordered one drink and the other ordered 4. After they served them I went to the counter and asked how much longer it would be because I’d been waiting for a good 30 min. They said sorry and went to finally making my boba. They then called me over to the counter and informed they had run out of tapioca. I then asked for a refund and left. I probably won’t be coming back. They did nothing to compensate. I went at 2:58 by their ticket and wait over fifty minutes people came and went with their orders.I stood up ask ask about my order two ice cream vanilla wafers with chocolate chips. I swung by this bubble tea spot today and gotta say, their bubble tea was good. Plus, the service was fast, since I was the only customer in there at that time. The place wasn't exactly the cutest. It had this empty vibe going on that just didn't scream "hangout spot" to me. It didn't have that same cozy, inviting atmosphere that I've experienced at other bubble tea places I've been to. Don't get me wrong, the bubble tea itself was tasty, but it's not the kind of place I'd choose to just chill...
