7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Calhoun

Coffee and other drink options aren’t bad, and I don’t think they’re that outrageously priced. However, the location is in the worst possible spot. It messes traffic up even more than usual, and it’s a little dangerous (and rude) to park in a different business’ parking lot to walk over and order. Also, yes, they do play very loud (usually bad, unless you like TikTok-type noise) music. (Sometimes, you get a decent song, though. It depends.)

The service isn’t bad if you get lucky and get a good employee, but that luck is next to nothing when it’s a busy/promotion time. You also have to give your phone number to sign up for points, but employees forget to do that if another person in the car wants to order, so you have to remember for them.

It’s also kind of annoying that you have to look up online for the menu. I think they have some of it written in hard-to-read marker on the windows, but that’s not the most practical.

Of the coffee, I think the Smooth 7 is the best, both hot and iced. Of the other beverages, the Blue Lagoon energy fizz drink is pretty good. Of the smoothies, the Piña Colada is pretty good.

Overall, I hope to see 7brew find their footing and improve. I like to see more coffee...

The drinks are always good, but i received service once that made me never want to come back. Me and my friend ordered 4 drinks. I understand it’s annoying, as someone who works at starbucks i get it’s annoying to get 4 drink orders through drive thru. However, it’s the only way to order and we live 35 minutes away. Everytime I ordered something she told me the total and Id have to be like no i’m sorry there’s more, overall poor way to take orders but i digress. We then pull up and the guy went “wow you guys got a lot of drinks! Are you feeding everyone or something?” …excuse me…. Everyone in the staff was rude about the order proceeding to say “here’s the drinks for the big order” “could they have ordered any more”. ….4 drinks…. one drink carrier…. i make 15 drink orders every single day, it’s a lot but the comments are unnecessary. At some point i just stopped and stared at them bc i was in complete shock. Not to mention, there were probably 7 people inside and the drive thru was NOT busy. We’ve been back twice since then and the service has been whatever, not bad enough to not go back but the first encounter was just...

I was a new customer. I requested an "Iced Honey Bun Blondie". One day Someone shared one of the drinks with me and I liked it, so I wanted to get one for myself. The lady said, she didn't know what the drink was, so I showed her the 7 Brews advertisement for the drink itself. Attached. She said "Oh, a honey bun drink.. ok. Do you want any caramel drizzle or foam or anything extra in that" I said, No, just as the picture says it's great just like that". I paid and left and took a drink.., It was not at all what I wanted. I looked closer at the menu and the things and realized that I was just being treated dumb because I didn't ask for an "iced homey bun, with Caramel, brown sugar cinnamon, cold foam, and caramel drizzle" in the way she wanted me to ask for it.
