I went through the drive thru last week for breakfast and ordered a Cajun biscuit combo with a regular drink, along with another biscuit combo with sweet tea. The person taking my order misheard me and said “diet?” I politely repeated that I wanted a regular. They agreed that they would correct it and I didn’t think anything else about it until I got to the window. A young white girl with glasses and hair tied in a bun was working the window. When she handed me my drinks she said, here is your Diet Pepsi and sweet tea. I once again let them know POLITELY that it was a regular Pepsi I had ordered and was met with a blank stare that lasted at least 8 seconds. She didn’t say anything so I broke the silence by telling her that I let them know at the speaker twice that I wanted a regular. Another girl working behind her told her that I was correct and only after getting confirmation from her coworker, the worker with the glasses proceeded to roll her eyes and stick out her hand to take my drink back and fix it. No apology or anything else was said to me the rest of my time there. I wasn’t even angry about it, just wanted what I had ordered. When she ‘handed’ the corrected drink back to me, the lid wasn’t on completely and almost spilled all over the outside of my car. If my boyfriend, who was in the passenger seat, hadn’t been feeling sick I would have went into the restaurant for a refund because honestly I had lost my appetite after that experience. The other workers were polite and the food was good, but my experience was made bad due to one worker (who’s name I did not get). Read moreVERY DISAPPOINTED with today’s service. I went through the drive through they made me pull up bc they were going to drop fresh chicken. I pull up and 10 mins later I still haven’t gotten my food. I decide to go in only to find the pan of chicken sitting ON the counter (getting cold). I asked how long it was going to be and the guy who pulled me up completely ignored me (assuming he’s a shift manager). The girl on the front counter rolled her eyes and put my food in the box, SERVED ME SOGGY fries, threw some sauce in my box and handed me the box. I waited all that time for them to say they would drop more fries but it would be 3 more minutes. There wasn’t anyone in the lobby (other than a table that looked like they’d been there a while) and maybe 4 people working. Girl on front counter asked if I wanted a different side or wait for fries but Everything looked so old and dry it was stuck to the pans. I was on my lunch break and was looking forward to eating some fresh Bojangles but definitely not the case this time. I hate to leave negative reviews (I worked in the food industry for over 10 years and the customer service was definitely what did it for me !!!!! I ordered 2 supreme dinners one with fries and one with dirty rice, a home style tender dinner with macaroni, 2 sprites and a sweet tea with the dinners, a white gravy biscuit with steak and was told they didn't have steak so I told them to do a sausage patty and a plain biscuit. They put fries in all the dinners instead of what I ordered. They were all spicy tenders instead of one order being home style (so my daughter couldn't eat anything out of her box except the biscuit) The gravy was not white gravy it was sausage gravy and they didn't put the sausage patty in it. One of the drinks was wrong. We live about 20-25 minutes away and when I called it went to a voicemail with the box full so I couldn't leave a message or talk to anyone.
