HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY!! I brought a used Lg dryer for $350 and was sold on the fact that it was a good brand per the salesman. The warranty was 30 day it broke on the 45th day. I called in the hope of paying $60 to diagnose plus parts. This turned out to be a week long back and forth with the owner and receptionist. I finally agreed to have the tech come out understanding that it will cost $100 instead of the $60. The tech took less than 20 minutes to diagnose the part so I paid the $100 this was supposed to go towards parts and labor. After a couple missed appointments by the tech not showing up. I had to call to see what the issue was. I was told by the owner that my order sheet was lost in a pile of other forms and the part was not ordered. 5 days went by before the tech came back to fix the dryer. Once the dryer was fixed was hit with a bill of $230. When I questioned the price I was told labor is no less than $200?? 60 days later my dryer has gone out again. I am told by the receptionist that the part is under warranty but I would have to pay another $200 for labor. Truly this has to be some type of crime. I chose to shop local based off the reviews. My mistake I will spread the word wide and far that this store is a rip off that sell faulty products....

Terrible place. Staff is rude. They sell you broken scratch and dent appliances at MORE than what brand new ones at other places cost. Sold us a “new” washer/dryer with a dent and it didn’t even work. When we had to get a replacement they made us pay for it even when it was under warranty. Also the man (alex) that serviced our area was flirting with my roommate and was breaking other parts to our appliance just to have to come back and when she turned him down for a date he never showed back up to fix the things he broke. We were left without a washer/dryer for almost 2 years because we couldn’t afford to pay for a new one without them giving us a refund. Never got a working appliance. Never...

I needed a dryer same day as mine had went out so I stopped in thinking it was used appliances but to my surprise it wasn't! They have new and scratch and dent appliances (and a few used ones) at great prices on the floor for you to look at and choose from and take with you same day! Very helpful and friendly customer service from everyone I worked with that day and the owner even turned my truck/trailer around for me in the loading area because I was nervous to do so myself!
