I spend so much money at this store since probably the day it opened over 15 years ago. For the last couple of years the customer service at this store has been nothing but terrible. I never had to return anything until I purchased an order online which customer service told me to go into the store and return since the size was wrong. I went in today to the CambridgeSide Galleria store and again had a very unpleasant experience with the same associate I believe his name is Carlos the only gentlemen that it seems to work there. I simply wanted to return two items and go about my day. He finished the customer in front of me and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing for a good 5 minutes, didn’t even bother to greet me just looked at Me I guess that meant he was ready for the next person. Instead of asking politely he literally raised his voice with so much anger and said give me a good reason why you are returning? I have never been treated like this in any other stores. Another day when I was in the store purchasing an item and I had a E-gift card that someone gifted me. Apparently according Mr. Carlos this store does not accept E-gift cards. Which is interesting because I have purchased at this store with a e gift card in the past. Mr. Carlos walked over and looked and me and spoke in Spanish with the associate and told her not to accept it. I understand Spanish even though I am not Hispanic. I don’t know what his problem is but it seems he is not a fond of people of my culture or religion yes I had a scarf on my head. I would really appreciate it if someone or management could review this email and actually speak to the associate of his unethical behavior he has towards loyal customers. Honestly it is not nice to walk to a store where you are not welcome and be treated differently just because so am brown and the women in front of me was clearly Caucasian and he treated her perfectly fine. Do yourself a favor do not go to this specific store if you want to be treated like a human.

Read moreWe walked into an empty store and we had to get right in front of two sales girls that were talking to each other in order to get their attention and get measured. First I was having the time of my life chosing bras and the fitting room attendants were adequate, UNTIL she told us that we had to put the clearance bras back on the bin ourselves, which we didn't, because that's ridiculous. Then at the register the cashier asked my friend if she wanted to sign up for the Angel Card to get $20 off. My friend agreed thinking it was a loyalty card because that's what the cashier made it sound like. I asked her if it was a credit card twice. Both times she answered, "No, it's different, there's no annual fee and there's points." Are they kidding? Where do they get off ruining peoples credit?! Did management make her LIE or did she really not know? Either way thats extremely bad. Somehow I believe it's store policy because I clearly remember when I was conned into getting it years ago when I was dumb and believed the girl when she told me it was a rewards card.... And asking the customer to put back the clearance bras is ridiculous and...
Read moreI went into here today 10/2/2025. We walked in and the associate with red curly hair told us that the sweat SETS were two for $80. We triple checked with the associate and even had her help us find a second one. Once up at the register the gentleman behind the register did not even acknowledge our existence until he had to ask for a credit card which I declined. The total I was told made no sense the promo was not there when my friend asked kindly about it the man behind the counter was very rude and told us that we heard wrong and aggressively turned his register to us. We just were confused when I said I could not afford it and I would pass today he rolled his eyes and chucked the product on the counter and went to ring up the one product I actually went there to get.
