I called their contact number and made an appointment for a phone consultation. I received 4 emails and 2 text messages confirming my appointment and reminding me about it. When the time came, nobody called me. I waited 5' and I called a couple of times and sent a text message to the number indicated on the appointment confirmation. I got the voice message. After about 30' a guy calls from that number, asking why did I call him. I introduced myself as a potential customer and reminded him that we had a scheduled appointment. He said that he is on a hiking trip and about to sit down for lunch. He was indeed the person that was supposed to offer me the FREE phone consultation but he can call me back in a few days.
