So, good stuff first. Most visits the staff is friendly, smiling, talkative, and generally inviting. Drinks are usually on point. Overall a good experience.
Unless......
You ask for something that requires a little extra thought, effort, work. So, case in point. It is about an hour before close, and my daughter and I are about to take an hour drive. We asked to use the restroom. "Sorry, it is out of order" Normally this would be understandable. But the details are what is missing; you see I used to work for Starbucks, and was around when this location was being put in. It has 2 toilets in what used to be 2 restrooms. One has since been converted to a storage. Now, the remaining restroom was " out of order a week ago as well" and this location employees approximately 20 or more staff members. Starbucks as a company would be held liable for not having working restrooms for employees for that long. It is actually against company policy and would have been addressed as a priority.
Leaving the answer. The shift lead did not want to risk someone making a mess in the bathroom and having to reclean. I get that, everyone has life and wants to be able go home at the scheduled time, without having to stay late or do extra work. But I even offered to tip 5 bucks or buy something, and still had my intelligence insulted by being given the " out of order" excuse.
Despite my rant & frustration, I am still overall pleased with the service and enjoy...
Read moreWorst customer service I ever had. They don't follow the order of the customers. I ordered a drink without ice. They served my drink with ice. So I pointed out about the ice in my drink. They tossed it in front of me. I waited 20 minutes. I had to remind them. Then the same server told me I never ordered anything. I was shocked. The server who took my order is saying to me that i didnt order anything. Luckily another staff member noticed my situation and asked me what kind of order I did. She later served my drink but this drink still contained ice. At this point I was so mad I didn't want any interaction with them. I am no longer their regular customer. They don't serve you your drink until you don't remind them even though they didn't have customers in the evening. Besides the server she was constantly gossiping about their friend who is located in north carolina. I know all their gossips but I didn't get my drink for such a long time. Read moreWalked into Starbucks.. they’re not welcoming except the person after me and said “how can I help you”? with an attitude and before that cash register was on they’re on their phone and gossiping with their co workers that’s no work related before taking my order and laughing rather then doing their job and help me as a customer, wasting my time… unprofessional.. Waiting long with my child. And later came back, associated with the manager if I could have a water because it was hot outside and I already brought coffee a couple hours ago and he said no I have to make a purchase again… So rude, makes me concerned if they even have professional training for customer service and hospitality I guess not, they don’t deserve to have a job if they’re not professional and respectful...
