Pilot House Distilling — Local services in Cannon Beach

We went to this place on a whim. Amazing decision. The bar tender alone is enough of a reason to come back. He was funny, charming, knowledgeable and professional. The interaction with him was in and of itself worth 5 stars. Moving on from him, the place was super cool. The selection of spirits was solid, though they were out of a few for the day waiting on their next shipment. Flights were $12 if I remember correctly and I snagged the Whiskey, the Reposado and a Lemon Vodka. All were quite tasty. They also seem canned cocktails which is amazing. There were quite a few cocktails to choose from on the menu as well. My sister and sister-in-law snagged a cotton candy thing. It was amazing, the Bar tender actually puts cotton candy in the glass, pours the tequila over it then finishes mixing it. Very good. On our last visit to Cannon Beach, we had the opportunity of visiting Pilot House Distilling one of the most elaborate, diverse distilleries in all of Oregon. An incredible assortment of products… simply incredible. From canned mixed cocktails, incredible whiskeys, Gins, a bunch of Vodkas, and Agave spirits to Liqueurs and Absinthe! They also offer some incredible mixes for home! This downtown Cannon Beach location makes for a great tasting and chilling place. While at the beach, this is most definitely the place to go chill with a nice, perfectly distilled and enjoyable distilled goody! The views from anywhere on the premises are fabulous. We recently visited Pilot House Distillery in Cannon Beach a few weeks ago. This has been our third time there and was not quite the same experience as our previous visits. The girl working behind the bar was not that engaging, and the bar looked unorganized and messy and really dark inside. It was a Wednesday so there were only 2 other customers there. We were hoping for the same experience with the bartender and vibe that we had there in previous visits. I think his name was Keith?
