*UPDATE After posting this review, I did get called by someone that says they are helping address issues related to phone call routing and staffing and communication in general, so I have modified my review. We'll see how it changes.

I did get a refund of the $40 for 12 pages of copies. And I did get one vial paid for after I went through all records and found that all of the closures and delays meant at least one extra vial (10 weeks!). But I can't get that time back.

We moved locations and have already had to reschedule and drive extra due this week for a 2-day closure which will impact the schedule of treatment from here out.

I still highly recommend you seek out an ALLERGIST doctor whose practice is entirely focused on allergies. The techs are nice to my son and give shots respectfully. Just very frustrating never being able to depend on being able to keep the same schedule. Literally every week, it could change. Do not use these people for allergy immunotherapy. Treatment plans are significantly longer than my friends with an allergist. I was stuck in weekly commitments for nearly two years. You can never reach anyone by phone. Messages are rarely returned. Even getting specialist consult that ok to accelerate treatment didn't get processed for months until I escalated. I wasn't scheduled for regular check-ups. There is no way to get your records unless you nag and get them a little at a time or pay them for copies at exhorbitant rates. No patient portal.

They constantly close at random times and days for allergy shots so you can never be completely sure that you can keep your schedule. Other places give you a calendar and choice about speedier build up phase but not them. Save yourself and go to an actual allergist. Or be sure to have the allergy nurse contact info (email and phone) from the beginning because the techs that do injections won't always give you the same/accurate information. Do not recommend for pediatric...

Got a bill that was 8x more than the agreed upon rate.

6months ago my husband had an appointment at which they wanted to scope his nose. We asked for the details and price of the procedure. We were informed that the scope would look inside his nose with a light (no IV anesthesia needed, no going down the throat, very simple), and that the procedure would cost $60. I am an RN, and nothing raised any red flags to me that this price was inaccurate due to the nature of the test. The tech in the room verified the price with the business office. When she returned, we reiterated that we could not afford any more than $100 for the procedure, and to please make sure that this price was accurate and definite before we agreed. She left the room again and came back confirming that yes $60 was the total of the price. We were never, not once, told that this was the initial price for the procedure rather than the full price. When we got to check out, the cashier (also the business manager) stated that we owed $120, and that the tech had quoted us for the wrong procedure!! We paid what we could that day. A few weeks later we received another bill in the mail for over $500! I have been trying from that point on to negotiate this with this company. They do not inform their patients accurately and now expect a huge payout. After multiple discussions with managers/supervisors and months of haggling, they did deducted the bill down to $162; however, this is still almost triple the agreed upon price. The refused to drop the price any further. After the facility learned that I had sought help with a law firm, they stopped contacting me, and I have yet to receive a bill or call in five weeks. I am done dealing with these people. Please don't go here because you are just looking for trouble. Go...

the doctor didn't even reclose the hole in my ear drum I paid for the surgery and went back to the doctor because the ringing in my ears is horrible he didn't even care that there is a new hole??? he also doesn't care if I sleep at night and didn't even inform me of new proven medication to help with this problem he gave me 30 pills that are not even in the same family to help with tinnitus infact it makes the ringing worse. I am now having to go find another doctor and this is costing me alot of money I don't have insurance I have a ringing in my ears you are a specialist....you know what they give to people with this problem but you didn't even talk to me about the new medication that would help me ???? I should get my money back for the waste of this time I spent and the time off work is hurting me and the fact that i can't sleep at night listening to the ringing in my ears that is not curable you just have mercy on the patient and get them to sleep at night....this doctor has ruined my life as now I have to wait to have enough money to go find another doctor....a specialist and I found more information on the internet than I did with this doctor...the hole in my ear is back you were suppose to mend it but oh well....thank doc for your understanding your compassion your professionalism bed side manner wow doc you really chose this profession because you care about the health of people... do you now what it is like to go without sleep???? could you listen to a ringing hissing buzzing in your ears 24/7??????????????? more information on the internet that this college educated surgeon was even offering to me but i paid for the office visit out of my own pocket yeah he did nothing and didn't care pathetic doctor...
