Truly depends on the day with this location. I only frequent this store because of the commute I make. They could definitely work on being more personable. There was an instance where the app charged me twice for my -one item-mobile order and so I just requested the order to be made twice instead of going through the refund process. The young girl that I was speaking to was so nice and helpful however a male employee across the bar started telling me all of the ways he could NOT help me. I felt like that was very odd and disrespectful to not only me but the employee helping me. She resolved my issue. I believe this is my 3rd or 4th time going there. The 1st 2 times were good. 3rd time I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up and of course they gave him the wrong sandwich. I have been going there when I can to get my free ham and Swiss baguette and every time they are out. Today was the last straw I specifically ordered 6 pumps of my syrup no ice in my cinammon cold brew well that was done wrong, they remake it and the second was wrong definitely neither had the 6 pumps, when I taste it when I got home I was frustrated. Ever since this location remodeled they cannot make an americano correctly. I get the same exact drink at every Starbucks location I visit and the ones at Riverstone are not correct. It tastes like they are not using the correct amount of espresso, the water is not hot, and I always ask for cinnamon on top and it’s left off. This is the closest location to my house but if the issues are not resolved I will be forced to use another location. It’s almost not even drinkable because it tastes like water with a tiny bit of espresso.
