I asked what was in their shakes, they gave me a vague, incomplete list of ingredients. I asked if I could add protein, told me that there was already protein powder in everything. I told them I couldn’t have dairy in any form, and they told me the protein powder didn’t contain dairy. I asked to look at the list of ingredients at first to be sure, and they gave me an intentionally vague pamphlet which only listed “high quality protein”. I finally asked to look at the protein jar, sure enough the protein powder lists milk and soy as allergens. I have no idea why the person at the register was being so evasive. I needed such simple information and she took ages just to give me incorrect info.

They’re not safe food handlers. They aren’t training their staff properly and someone could get seriously hurt.

1. Your system would not let me make a purchase of under $10 without giving you tons of personal information. There is no need for that. It was a drink, not a bank loan.

2. Nothing on you menu had a price on it. That matters because I asked, was told one price and then charged another. The clerk fixed it once I corrected him, but you can't both hide your price and get transactions wrong.

This place was horrible. I was visiting from fl and wanting a nice smoothie so I decided to come here and right off the back she was sitting on her phone. Then I asked her if they had shakes which their Facebook shows and she said no and gave me a menu. So I ended up going with a banana berry and it was horrible. I took one sip and threw it away.
