I purchased two counter sets Louis ivory chairs online. When I receive them at my home, the colors were different.. I called the customer service number, they sent a chair to the office in Canton.. I want to exchange, and the chair was so cheaply put together. Again, I called Customer Service and they said we’re sending another chair out. Did I get a email today 3/28/2023 telling me the canton Ga store has a chair. well I decided to go ahead and just return these two chairs after paying $447.00. I get to the store to return these chairs. The first cashier didn’t know basically what she was doing and then some guy came over and wanted me to leave the chairs with no receipt or anything stating that I’m returning them ,which was really odd.. then he calls corporate and he says,you’ll get an email and I said OK well I need something to confirm. I’m leaving these chairs ,he walked away. I stood there and finally got an email… this is got to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Read moreI called June 24, 2019, in the evening, inquiring of store fixtures that all of the Kirkland stores were selling.....the associate said they were all sold and I described a two or three tiered shelf that I had seen in two other stores....she went to look, came back on the phone and told me there was one store fixture left...I mentioned that I was coming from Calhoun and was making sure it was a store fixture....my sister DROVE that trip to come face to face with a 2x4.....Ms Associate of the Canton store....if you didn't know then say it!!! I could've called back the next day!!! I listed to this conversation over on my phone and you really didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about.....you told me they were sold and my sister told you what was happening then you said, "oh"! Despite living nearby, I prefer to visit the Barrett location instead. Unfortunately, the manager at this store always seems to be in a bad mood.
