I asked for a pair of gray jeans in my size similar to another pair but the employee pretended to only be able to order them, which I said no to 3 separate times. By the third time I was looking at her sideways. Anyway, my guy got 2 pair of jeans off the $19.99 rack and before she rang up the jeans, she asked her "security" if we "were good"... It even made the security guy uncomfortable! I walked out because I knew this interaction was not any good. Btw, the jeans on the sale rack and not all actually on sale as advertised on top of the rack-in fact it's more than dbl the price on the signage. She also demanded my guy's phone # and we instantly started getting spammed by the time he figured out the price was wayyy different than we thought, we didn't even make a purchase but now we're getting mail, emails, texts etc just because they do a bait and switch using advertising. To the heavy blonde, I saw how you treat people who you don't think matter. I won't be back at this location ever again. I do wish for you a heart for change. Need to offer bet deals on your jeans located in the back of your store. I've tried to buy other product numerous times stood in line for far too long while the cashier waiting on only one person ...other staff never come up to counter to help. I'd say the last 4 times I've gone in, I've said down my stuff and just left

Need a better manager who teaches their team to be proactive on customer....not ignoring them, nor taking 10 minutes plus to wait on...
