Old Navy — Local services in Cape Girardeau

Today the store had a sign posted the indicated hoodies and sweatshirts were 50% off. I purchased 2 hoodies and noticed that I did not receive the sales price which I brought to the attention of the sales clerk. She went back and checked the sign and agreed that the merchandise was 50% off. The computer would not accept the sale so the clerk indicated that there was nothing else that she could do. She indicated that she would look into the matter further but she did not take my name or telephone number. I believe that I am entitled to a refund and I will be contacting the store manager. Old Navy is one of my favorite stores in Cape Girardeau for inexpensive but stylish T-shirts... recently stopped in and added to my super hero collection and the staff was friendly & helpful. Anytime I need to check the fit of a shirt, there's always plenty of changing rooms available. Definitely a bang for your buck...
