It's A Breeze — Local services in Cape May

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but they definitely deserve one. My family usually visits Cape May once a year, and It’s A Breeze has always been my favorite store to go get t-shirts for everyone. My t-shirt closet is basically an It’s A Breeze collection from over the years 😂 They have the best quality t-shirts and the best customer service. Unfortunately my whole family wasn’t able to go this year, but my mom was able to go. I asked her to go to It’s A Breeze for me and get me t-shirts for myself, my husband, and our 4 kids. They had one t-shirt that I’ve been wanting for a few years, but my size wasn’t in stock when we went in 2022. They had it this time when my mom went in July, so she got it for me! When she got home, she brought me my shirts. I went to put that shirt on, and I noticed a little hole at the bottom of the shirt. I reached out to It’s A Breeze through email and the manager, Dylan, responded almost immediately. I sent pictures with proof of the hole and the receipt for proof of purchase. He asked me for the size and color (a lot of their shirts come in different colors which is really cool having options) to make sure they had another in stock before moving forward. They did have one in stock, and he said he would be shipping a new one out to me at no cost to me. I’ve always told everyone that It’s A Breeze is the best, and I will forever stand by that. Very sad. I really loved the fabric, color and style of this sweatshirt. It was more than I would typically spend on a sweatshirt but I decided to just go for it anyway because I liked it so much. After ONE single wear it started pulling all over the chest, after two wears it was increasingly worse. There was nothing rubbing on the area, nothing that should have caused this issue.
