South of Jackson — Local services in Cape May

Unfortunately this store is very unethical. My niece went in and bought a hair clip and 2 seconds later wanted to return it because there was no sign or tag that the cost was $12.80! She went right back in and said she wanted to return it. She was told that hair clips were not returnable. I went in to speak with her. I explained that my niece immediately regretted her purchase. THERE WAS NO SIGN ANYWHERE that said they were not returnable. The woman said it was on the receipt. When you buy something you should be notified that they are not returnable before you get the receipt. The hair clip was only purchased 10 seconds prior and did not even come out of the bag,. The woman was very, very rude and was adamant that she would not return it. She said my niece could swap it with something on the table that was $10. I have never experienced a store with such poor customer service. Will never go there again. I hope no one else has the...
