Super Silver — Local services in Capitola

I have purchased many silver pieces from them, Super Silver decided to get my husband a chain, regret it and now I'm questioning if it's true silver. We have owned this particular chain less than a month and it is blackened, smells like metal despite how many times you clean it and/or polish. In addition not even the employee who helped me with my complaint couldn't polished the blackened color off. Sadly to say this will be the last purchase I will do in this jewelry shop. Can't believe they weren't willing to work or give options to a long time costumer, preferred to lose a costumer.
