Walked in and was greeted immediately with a smile by a girl behind the counter Was asked if I needed assistance which this time I did The girl immediately came out from behind the counter and I told her what I needed as we walked over to the opposite side of the store I requested her opinion and advice I informed her I needed a bag of tobacco and filtered tubes because I roll my own cigarettes and explained to her I could not get the right combination between the type of tobacco and the strength of tube filters After a slight conversation I made a purchase of tobacco and two boxes of tubes and told her why I was questioning the combination I normally bought While we were talking I was acknowledging her customer skills her genuine desire to be helpful and knowledgeable and her genuine kindness that is hard to come by and Retail nowadays This conversation led to me asking her name which I was told her name was Grace I then shook Grace's hand and thanked her for being so helpful and sweet where she in return thanked me for being a loyal customer to this establishment Before I left Grace asked me if I was sure my combination of tobacco and filter tubes were going to be okay and I still expressed slight concern but wasn't too worried about it but then Grace went over to the shelf and suggested a different filtered box of tubes and said I should try them and that she will just put them in my bag so that I could try them out when I got home Grace did not charge me for these tubes and that totally surprised me because it is not that often that customer satisfaction goes to the extreme of offering samples for free In summary Grace represents your establishment so very well she greets her customers with a smile, offers assistance if needed, is very pleasant, very sweetv and very VERY pretty. this place does well by having Grace represent and I hope she remains a permanent part of Stu's I will remain a loyal customer as I have never received bad service at Stu's and the prices are very good...

Found this vape shop thanks to my girl living out around Carol Stream. Man what great shop!!!

Long story short: Employees are friendly and make you feel welcome and like a long time customer. The manager Scott was great help and cool guy. Decent prices and just a great shop overall. Will definitely be visiting them again even though the shop is 40 mins away from me...that's how good this place is!!

Stopped in for the 1st time 3 days ago looking for a new mod. Young kid asked me if I needed help at which point I told him not yet. He said no worries. After seeing some mods I had ANOTHER employee, a younger girl ask me if I needed help. I said yes.

I asked for info on a few mods. She was knowledgeable and helped me greatly. After she made a suggestion i told her I'd think about it and I'd like to see juices.

She helped out greatly. First guy came back and there were other guys around. We all started talking and joking around. Felt like I had been a long time customer even though it was just my first time there.

I bought the mod that was suggested (A Smok G Priv Baby) and went on my way.

This, THIS is where they got me as a repeat customer.

I called a few days later to ask about return and exchange policy and was transferred to the Manager. He said he could try to do an exchange but wasnt sure. He answered a few questions and then told me to go see him. I was hesitant since I live about 40 mins away from the shop but took the gamble .

I got to the shop and the manager Scott was a great help. He asked me why I wanted the exchange and after inspecting the mod he saw that the tank had a leak issue, so He went ahead and did an exchange for me and I ended up with a Geek Vape Aegis 200W for a great price.

I could NOT BE HAPPIER with this mod.

Everything about the mod is perfect. Down to the snake skin print since I own snakes and figured it went perfect with them

If Uncle Stu is there then he will take care of you. A lot of us Disabled Veterans don't get what we need from the Department of Veterans Affairs so we have to get products to help with pain, stress, anxiety, and sleep issues. I like going here instead of the cannabis dispensaries in the area due to cost and the staff at these dispensaries are usually morons or burnouts that don't know the products. The people I have dealt with here are knowledgeable on most things that are out right now. I like when Uncle Stu has some type of events for the customers where you can try out different products. Most companies sell and promise garbage that just gives you headaches, leak after a few uses, don't work at all, or are cut so much with so much terping for flavor that it's unsmokable or unvapable. There have been edibles that are so nasty that have so little for what you paid. Uncle Stu will take that feedback and try to get better products to make everything enjoyable. So they always have something new and sales on products that just don't cut it. The selection of glassware is up there and they have sales on the accessories needed for your smoking needs. We get a lot of positive vibes when we shop here and you get discounts if you are a veteran. So the kindness here is good as they talk to you like a human and not like a stranger they are trying to get a sale from. So I would check this branch out and some of the others closer to you if you are looking for something with cannabinoids to help you balance yourself. They even have clothes, bags, art, stuff for pets, and other gifts for those you might know that would love...
