The guys in this store/location are the BOMB DOT COM !!!! They are friendly, funny, great with their customer service, and ultimately all around great humans 😁 my husband and I went in to look and came out with better than what we had in mind. My toddler was tired and over it, but Brian West the manager in store entertained her. Made her laugh and distracted her while waiting to sign papers that right there Deserves a 10 star review!!!! Everytime I’ve called with questions Jay has answered the phone. He has been professional and very helpful. The guys who delivered were awesome as well. They asked where and how we wanted the furniture, we didn’t have to do anything but stand there and point 😂 I have recently went back in and got a laptop with them. I would get my whole house from this location just based off of their customer service 😁💯

Do NOT do business here. I understand everyone gets in a hardship but please just save your money and go somewhere legit. First, the merchandise is overpriced. Second, if you pay over your monthly payments the amount you pay over is supposed to go into a customer deposit account. Well somehow the money in your customer deposit disappears and they basically call you a lier when you bring it to their attention even tho you have ALL of your receipts showing you paid over every time. They come up with fees and taxes that are NOT on the contract you sign. Which has to be illegal. 🤔 Third, if you can't pay it off within 180 days whatever you are buying the price will double and what you should be paying $1000 for will turn into $2000. I really hate that I wasted so much money doing business here. I feel like I'm to far in now to turn back. So I'm writing this in hopes to save the next person.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't waste your time or...

Brian is AWESOME! Justin is AWESOME! Almost all the guys here have good customer service. They built a relationship with you. You’re not JUST some customer. However one of the new delivery guys he is a little if-y on how he responds. But aside from that they always go above beyond. We hit a hard place financially and they helped in EVERYWAY they could within the means of their job. Which is all you can ask. But they didn’t just say oh nope we are taking it, they communicate and try their best to work it out. We couldn’t be more thankful. 10/10 recommend. If you want to go through rent a center definitely go with Carrollton GA or their shared location in Douglasville GA. 😁😁😁

We have the black leather set reclining couch and love seat currently. I’ve left a review before where we had a sectional and recliner plus a dryer from them. Always great furniture....
