Boot Barn — Local services in Carson City

Very over priced boots, don't care for the buy right off the shelf set up they operate under. All the boots are sitting there open to try on and are handled by sometimes not so gentle prospective buyers, which results in boots with scuffs, dings, scratches etc. I'm sorry but if I'm going to pay that high of a price for boots I can get cheaper at any other retailer that carries them I would sure like to be the one that roughs them up, and it would be nice to take them home in their box. I bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas and got NO BOX..they sent me out boxless boots in hand...great selection of boots but...

I was a bit miffed upon entering because the worker looked right at me and didn't even acknowledge me but then Kayle went out of his way to help me try on jackets to see if the fit would be right for my son. And Brittany went above and beyond to call the Reno store to check on availability of a specific pair of jeans for my son and then even went there to get them them for me. I was able to pick them up the next day locally. I was totally impressed with their actions!! Thanks for helping make my Christmas shopping that...

I love Boot Barn. It's the only store I really like shopping for my jeans, and the only place I know I wont be let down when shopping for them. Always a perfect fit somewhere on a rack. Perfumes smell amazing, nice jewelry, decor, boots! Cute things for kids! Belts are fantastic! The staff is always super friendly and helpful without being creepy friendly. It's pretty hard to go wrong here, unless you're shopping for someone more comfortable in Hot Topic and black, and a slipknot shirt, and baggy pants...
