Been here many times for take out but my first time ordering delivery was absolutely horrible. Ordered $60 worth of food for the kids as i was stuck at home babysitting. I didn't know at the time but they sub out their deliveries to Doordash so if there ends up being any issue they can just give you the run around. I gave them the correct address and specific delivery instructions in the PE App. The address and instructions I gave were not given to the Doordash person who was an hour late and i ended up on the phone with them for half an hour to get them on the right track... I live 5 mins from the restaurant and it took an hour from when it was out for delivery. The reason for 1 star is because when i called Panda Express and told them it had been over an hour from when i was supposed to get delivery and i still hadn't received it they basically told me not our problem even though I ordered it through their app. I didn't choose Doordash and if i had known i wouldn't have purchased anything. The only reason i got my food at all is because the driver was really trying to sort it out. They sent me a Screen shot of the address she was given and i gave them a screen shot of my order with the correct address and they were not the same. The driver called Doordash and told them Panda messed up the order address and they told them to just leave my order at the wrong address and close out the order. HORRIBLE business practice by both Panda and Doordash. I went from eating there a few times a month to never doing business with either of them now. ...
Read moreI’ve eaten at this panda express often, because I think it’s good food and good value. However, I don’t normally go in the evening. Last night we decided on dinner and noticed it’s open until 9:30 PM, as advertised. We walked in the door at 8:20 PM. It was a madhouse not because there were that many people in there, but because in addition to the crew behind the food counter, there is a young man cleaning up sweeping and cleaning the tables, is if getting ready to close the place. It’s an echo chamber and there. As he will drag all the metal chairs around on the tile, it what is you’re splitting, and we caused us to ask the nice young lady behind the counter to repeat herself many times relative to serving our food. This continued while we sat and ate. The young man who was cleaning up, was clearly upset that we sat in the area of the restaurant he had previously cleaned. Unfortunately, all of the dirt and debris get swept from this area, was now over on the other side of the restaurant where it was not an inviting place to go eat our meals. We could Harley have a conversation throughout our meal because it sounded like the place was under construction. Assuming the employees worked trying to do this cleanup work and hour earlier than it should be, so that they can just get out quickly after it closes, and that this was proper procedure, it’s very unpleasant and atmosphere while this is going on. If the employee was just doing his job, then this is...

The facility is fairly clean and what I truly love at this location is that they still make potstickers. All the Reno/Sparks locations stopped and I missed them terribly - so everytime I'm in Carson a stop here just for these is always in my game plan!
The somewhat downside is that the staff no matter how nice you are and try to thank and get them to smile, they just aren't the friendliest people. They do however serve descent portion sizes, which I greatly appreciate.
The other downside is that at 11:30 - they only had half dishes made and the other half empty - of the ones that were out, there weren't really any "fresh" options to choose from. Most appeared soggy or stale. I even had to microwave my string bean chicken after a 2 min drive to my friend's house (which I usually don't get string bean chicken- but was the most appealing "fresh"-ish item of what was there). The temperature of all the items was lukewarm to room temperature. All needed a good nuke in the microwave to revive it.
I still love the potstickers, but truly wish the food was more freshly made or more...
