World Market — Local services in Carson City

We enjoy shopping at world market but this location is run ridiculously, by the most incompetent management. Not accommodating at all whatsoever, very unclear inventory with inaccurate quantities, we were told to look at things in the store and then go home and buy them online but they are’t available for online sale at all. Who recommends wasting gas to come all the way back down to the store?? We will never shop at this location again until it is under new management in keeping with the other locations normal...

Had the most wonderful experience at the local World Market in Carson City, NV on Monday afternoon (11 March 2024). Do not buy the Brynn couch..... feathers come out everywhere and poke through the material and when you unzip the cushion covers to clean them half the feathers are outside of the pillow! I called world market to have them help me solve the problem and they said without an invoice they won’t acknowledge the product being bought...
