If I could give no stars I would. I'm very loyal, high paying customer at Ulta. I have always had nothing but good experiences. However the new employees really need to learn some manners. I called ulta and an employee by the name of "Gigi" answered. I asked her if she had a product in stock I needed for my hair. I have called in and asked about a product being in stock tons of times before and they will always go and check for me. Anyways, she told me "uhmmm you would 'like' have to drive to the store and come check." What? I told her can you please check for me...as I live about 30 minutes away and did not want to drive that far and it be out of stock. She then proceeded to get an attitude and said ugh hold on. I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes!!!! To have someone else come back on the phone and say "can I help you?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I told her the same can you please check for this product in stock. She told me "WE WILL CALL YOU BACK." I never received a call back and I had to drive the 30 minutes just to see if a product was in stock. PLEASE HIRE...
Read moreNever coming here again....well to the brow bar for sure never coming to ever again. Girl was rude the first time I met her 2 days prior and it continued today when I had a 11AM apt. I got here 15 minutes early but she wouldn't be ready for me until after 11. So she was late. So I'm standing there waiting because I don't need anything else and she is shooing me. She said "you can go browse, I'll get you when I'm ready" fast forward. She's ready. I sit down.....now I've had my eyebrows done at a brow bar for some time now. In different states and they have all been the same....ask how you want your brows, trace your brows and ask if this shape is ok. Girl did none of the above. Went straight into working on my brows. When she was done she didn't conceal or fill in brows like everywhere else. She didn't talk to me at all. Puts my paper on the table and says to pay at the front. The total opposite attitude she had as the client before me. Never again will I be seeing Mayra(?) I'll drive an hour to Sparks instead where Mercedes takes...
Read moreI was scheduled for an appointment at the hair salon on July 3rd. Apparently the person that I had been scheduled with did not show up for work. Neither the store manager called or the salon manager to advise me that my appointment needed to be cancelled. I cancelled a vacation over the holiday weekend in order to keep the appointment and when I went in there was one hair stylist there already working on a client. I waited at the desk for over 20 minutes before she would even acknowledge me and then when she did she was so incredibly rude I was slackjawed at how she spoke to me. Her words exactly were, "what do you want"? I explained that I had an appointment and with who and she said," DO YOU SEE HER HERE"? I was dumbfounded. The next thing this person said to me was, "well that sucks for you".I asked for the store manager and was referred to the "girl up front" who could have cared less that I had an appointment and the stylist did not show up for work.
