Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

I don't usually do reviews. But I've ordered three times from them. All three have been disasters. First time I ordered the pizza an hour and a half later it arrived It was the wrong one called them and they couldn't find my original order told me I never ordered a pizza......... Second time decided that I do carry out ordered ahead arrived after 20 minuted of waiting I started asking them what's going on with my pizza after another half hour and asking many times where is my pizza they tell me they lost the ticket and they're starting it now. 45 minutes later I left with my pizza. Now the third time an hour and a half later I'm still waiting for a pizza. half an hour ago when I called they told me that the gentleman had already left with my pizza and it was on its way but here once again unacceptable service...

Absolutely the worst delivery service. Not to mention the absolute worst customer service by Stacy the manager. I called in my order at two in the afternoon to be delivered at 5. Didn’t get it until 5:30. The driver was lost. How lost can you get in an RV park? The pizzas weren’t delivered in the heat bag. So needless to say they arrived lukewarm. And to top it all off the driver handed me a pouch. I thought it contained the cheese and pepper flakes….oh no, it was from the local cannabis store …..I immediately called Round Table to talk to the manager. I was told sorry your pizza wasn’t hot we ran out of heat bags. We have no control who delivers. And with a chuckle “I'm have no idea what to tell you about the cannabis. It out of my hands….”...

Actually for being an A type pizza place, I liked it. Vegetarian options weren't artisan which yes...I prefer. But I could get an option or 2. Salad 🥗 side was available, and two pizza styles. The gourmet vegetarian while not vegan with garlic ranch sauce and cheese did have a flavorful end result.

The dining room was quiet and the staff was friendly. I don't drink alcohol but they have some, actually I surprised to learn 🤷 from a friendly chat with the gal that technically a delivery with beer or wine could be made. Where am I ¿ Nevada! 😄 🤣 😂 😆 Yeah.

Buffet isn't an option anymore since the pandemic but personal pizzas and salads are popular..

Wierd tho.. cause for a place called round table , all their tables are...
