Ok so in terms of price and quality of clothes, I appreciate this shop. However, we received a ton (like at least $200) worth of polyester clothes from here for my daughter’s birthday. She is allergic to polyester, but I’ve shopped here before and knew they have some cotton options. So, I hoped we could exchange some of the polyester for something cotton. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a gift receipt and the family member when asked apologized and said they tossed it. So, I brought the clothes in with the tags on and they would not make any exception and said nothing could be exchanged or returned without the receipt. Therefore, this company gets 1 star for having such a terrible policy and being unwilling to make an exception for an ALLERGY. We would have been ok sharing our driver’s license for the return. But no. Nothing.

If you need clothes for kids, just go to Target where they will gladly let you choose another item if you received something as a GIFT and have no option. This whole experience was made even better because I had my 3 yr old with me who was so excited to trade in her “ouchy” clothes for something else and had to leave empty handed with huge tears.
