Update* I went there this morning and they now have my name plastered in the system to make sure I try my drink at the window. I shouldn’t have to try my drink at the window if you all would get it right and do your job. I’m very upset about this. I have contacted corporate because when I proceeded to tell her, I’m not trying my drink at the window. I shouldn’t have to. She looks at me like I’m crazy and I said I’m calling corporate. This is insane. I’m not a liar and I’m not gonna be treated as such and she said girl go ahead we don’t care was her exact words. that was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, and that little girl should be ashamed of herself.
I go in this location every single day and they’re on occasion are times they mess my drink up and that’s fine. Things happen. What I don’t like is whenever I go in there to tell the manager about it and he’s kind of snarky about it like it’s my fault that they messed up a few times on my drink. I stood there today for 15 minutes, waiting on a drink to be made and when I asked the girl behind the counter if that was my coffee she was making she looked at me and said I’m sorry sometimes it takes this long with a really rude tone. Read moreI was overcharged for a drink. The cashier counted the money wrong. I gave her 16 quarters, 3 one dollar bills, 2 dimes and 2 pennies. $7.22 for the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I never had any problems out of this location until around 4 something pm yesterday. She argued with me that I was short when I wasnt she had mistaken a quarter for a nickel. Which i didnt have any nickels I'm 100% sure of it. She said I gave her $6.97 which wasn't right. I had $7.22 in exact change. I gave her more change because she was persistent on arguing with me on it when she didn't count the change right. Surely there's a camera at the drive thru register. Be careful when you pay with cash/change cause some of these employees aren't able to count. When she was giving me the change back she started to hand me the $3 back and caught herself then handed me 3 pennies back in change. If you wanted to park in the front lot, just forget about it because you won't be able to pull back out for the people in the drive thru line blocking the way. Just poor design and not enough space. They were out of the new pineapple drink when I came by around 12:30 pm, so I had to call my friend and ask her what else she wanted. I got her the strawberry acai with lemonade. And I got me and my boyfriend caramel machiattos. The lid for the strawberry acai was came off when I set the drink carrier down in my seat and spilled some. So I had to take it out of the carrier and try and fit 2 drinks in my cup holder and one in the door. I got the lid back on but then when I put it in the door, it came off again and got in my door.
