Dollar Tree — Local services in Carthage

Dollar tree is one of my favorite places. Don’t get me wrong, I love the products at the store. But some of the workers are absolute trash and shouldn’t be dealing with the public. They’ve got it twisted at the store, it’s the young workers that are very respectable and kind. It’s the two older managers that make it obvious they do not want to be dealing with you. I went in to buy a two gift cards for my children for Christmas. They scanned The gift cards and then I paid. All of a sudden the worker is telling me that money didn’t get loaded to the card, but money came out of my account. Imagine that. And imagine that, they told me they couldn’t give me my money back. They told me I would have to wait for the transaction to be processed or fall off and then I could come back in if I was still ultimately charged. I went back in a couple of days later and the transaction hadn’t gone through yet, but my bank told me that it was in back to purchase and it was going to go through. It was a valid charge. She told me to come back once it had processed so I did. Third time going in to try and deal with this and she tells me sorry, I can’t help you you will have to bring in a physical piece of paper showing me this charge. Why didn’t she tell me this one of the first couple of times I went in? I don’t know but it sure Sounds like they are desperately trying to not give my money back. Both managers are rude as hell. Medium length blonde hair with glasses. Bigger in size and then skinny, gray/brown haired manager that looks to be about Nothing bad to say about the young workers there they are always wonderful! I absolutely loved the store. Went in and gave them so much business multiple times a week just for them to turn around and do this. They have stolen from my children and refuse to give it back. They are making up policies so they can’t refund it to me. That’s right, they having to bring in a paper statement is false...

The lady with red hair told my 3 yr old to be quiet when she was talking to her. I'm very disappointed anyway with this store because they never have the stuff that other stores have but this was the tipping point. You shouldn't tell child to be quiet the lady in front of me had a child that was throwing things and screaming but not once did this woman say anything we miss the people that were there before.
