I don't even know where is start with this review. I changed from T-mobile over to Verizon on April 4th 2024. Everything was fine until I left the store. My phone began displaying NO NETWORK CONNECTION!! it went on for about a week. I called customer service and was bounced from person to person to several different departments on 4/12. I found Verizon Wireless on the internet. I read the reviews and these people did not disappoint at all!!.
