Kohl's — Local services in Cary

Finding women's khakis, in this location specifically, was frustrating. Because sadly out of the places I went to I had the most options here. Which was 3 pairs of pants I found in the entire store(all drastically different colors). And I was specifically looking for khakis that are business casual, classic sand color, that you need for jobs with dressing code. There would be another 2 pairs as options BUT they were wide boot leg, not classic straight leg (even though I adore wide leg pants, it wasn't within the professional attire I could have), or just light colored jeans.

The other clothes here are so adorable, and the layout of the building is very clear and easy to navigate. But the professional, standard attire was disappointing especially after going to a target and Walmart which had NONE. and the professional type of shirt I needed was only able to be found in the men's area. No hate on these stores, I guess I'm just sad how hard it is to find clothes for women (that are very commonly used for different work forces) needed for a job. I had to drive all around town just to come here and only have 1 pair of pants be the actual color of khaki option in the entire store with horrendous pockets and at 40 dollars.

When I looked on the website it had multiple multiple khaki options, and this location disappointed. Otherwise the store is great, they have professional pants that are black and grey that are nice, and black knit shirts (not a polo) which are good in professional settings too. Overall I enjoy Kohl's, but was let down after looking at all the online options and then seeing it in the store the lack of them. Sorry...

Strongly do not recommend this store to anyone! I'm volunteering for an Angel Tree project at work. The family I adopted asked for pots and pans. One of my friends purchases a pots and pans set online trough Kohl's. My friend told me the set would not be available to pick up until the end of the week (Thanksgiving weekend) and all I had to do was provide her name. I went in to pick up the set the end of the week. An Associate "since 2006" assisted me and provided the worst service, at best. I told her I had tried to call ahead of time; however, I couldn't get anyone to answer....no response! I explained about my friend placing the order online and trying me the set wouldn't be ready for pick up until the end of the week. The associate told me they only keep the orders for 5 days. Again, I explained what my friend had told me and that it had not been ready, when she ordered it online! She asked me for the order number. I told her twice I didn't have the order number; my friend didn't give it to me. She asked to see the email which was totally inappropriate. I explained to the associate the set was for an Angel Tree family who had nothing! I had to ASK HER to look the order up. I provided the associate with my friend's name and phone number. I showed my driver's license. What a surprise...they had the set as my friend had said. I was given the set and nothing was said to me...nothing! No "thank you, happy holidays, have a nice weekend." Nothing. I would expect the associate sets the standards for other employees. What a poor example. Happy Holidays to this "Associate...

Rude staff, horrible customer service experience every time even from the management team! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

After asking if they did Amazon returns I was told by a manager "Amazon returns are to the back and to the left. Don't you see the sign in front of you!?" Said this to me in front of a whole bunch of people that were standing there in line which was humiliating. Then when I asked to speak to a manager it turns out she is the manager and the next manager was actually person standing next to her when this happened. So he proceeded to defend her and say that she wasn't talking directly to me. Clearly there was no one else asking about Amazon but myself at that moment. I won't be visiting that...
