If you care about getting real, authentic crystals and not coated or altered pieces passed off as natural, I would shop elsewhere.

I received a black tourmaline that cracked just weeks later, revealing a completely different material underneath. When I raised my concerns to the owner, the first response I received was AI-generated. You can see for yourself, all their public responses to reviews are obviously from ChatGPT. It was full of generic explanations about “natural fractures or inclusions” that did not match what was shown in my photo. You can clearly see this is some kind of clay or stone with a smooth surface on top, breaking away to expose something completely different inside.

All I wanted was an honest explanation for why I received a fake stone, but instead I got evasion, emotional manipulation, and false professionalism.

To be clear, they did offer to exchange it, but when they wouldn’t even admit the stone I got was fake, why would I want to exchange it for another fake stone?

When I called them out for their AI response and attempts at gaslighting, the owner replied with lines like “I’m sorry you feel that way” and “it kind of puts a crack in my spirit,” trying to make me feel guilty instead of taking responsibility or even addressing my concerns.

IMO, that says more about the kind of people who run this store than anything else. I would never trust or purchase from this...

Ok store. Normal selection of stuff, though some can be found on Temu. Lots of tarot and oracle card decks. Lots of events.

Unfortunately the people weren’t very friendly. I was completely ignored, even though I was the only customer actively shopping in the store - not greeted, not acknowledged at any time. The woman behind the counter and a practitioner in the store were too busy talking negatively about other practitioners and how they weren’t doing things the right way, which is their way. The toxicity and negativity were thick and energetically draining. I will say, when I came back a few hours later for a workshop, the person behind the counter - a difference person - was all smiles.

I’m giving the store a 2 star review because I don’t like it and I won’t be back. However, if the person behind the counter had been friendly in any way, or they hadn’t been re-enacting “Mean Girls”, the rating...

Normally this place is very welcoming but today not so much. I'm not sure who the lady on the register was but I kinda got the vibe she wanted me in out of the store as quickly as possible for fear I would take something. Let me say today all I wanted was a stick of Palo Santo but last time I came in here I spent over 85 dollars. It's one of those things as a person of color that if you know you know when you go into retail establishments. I will give this place grace because I have not been treated this way in the past, plus I had my tote bag with me because I had just come from the library. She even acted a little snobby when I told her how much my item was but I was just trying to ease her mind that I was a regular customer. People of color shouldn't have to put up with this...
