I rented a Amanda washer from Aaron's, paid it off and went into the store to rent a set (washer and dryer) but the sales lady in the store seemed all to happy to tell me that it wasn't possible because they no longer carried the Amanda brand; a polite way to tell me that I had been screwed. I no longer wish to patronize a business that leaves the customer hanging. Today 4/13/2021 I have updated my review because I was contacted by Aaron's and offered to exchange the Amanda washer for a set. I appreciate the company contacting me after learning of my problem with prior representative and offering me a solution. I have not yet been in the store because of a recent heart attack I am still recovering and also I am trying to find someone to donate my current dryer because it still works great. Then when you call, the girl will laugh at the fact you told her you have children to pick up and it’s now 2 hours past your time of delivery. I also confirmed with them earlier in the day on the time since it was supposed to be scheduled the day before and they messed that up too. So call to get an update after they are late she says they are on their way, an hour later (I live 20 mins or less away) they are still not here.
