I was here just a few days ago when the guy working the drive thru gave me a promo card to try GrubHub said they just started working with them so after a very long day I decided what the heck I'll give it a try the food got to my house but part of my order was missing two famous bowl meals with drinks so I called the store the guy that answered knew right away about the issue but when I asked if there was some way they could get it delivered to me again he handed me off to a manager I explain again my issue and she starts telling me it's not there fault that GrubHubs having issues and they only got part of the order but now she sees the rest of it which is a lie because the guy I just talked to was pretty much waiting for my call as soon as I began to explain he jumped right in with all the details and yeah I see how it was wrong so before I can even ask about how I'm getting my food she says yeah so if you wanna come get your food we can hold it or you can come in another day cause there's no way for us to deliver it to you well I ordered online cause I didn't plan on going out again and I needed the food now so how was getting it another day going do me any good so I just bit my tongue said I'll be there in a few minutes I need my food tonight when I arrive the manager wouldnt acknowledge me at all the worker helping me said he was who answered the phone neither of them said im sorry for the inconvenience nothing and actually seemed rather irritated that I wanted the rest of my food this isn't the first time I've had issues with this location but I keep going back trying to hope for the best from not getting my biscuit or cookie in my meals to one day in the most extreme having to wait about 45 minutes out front for my food cause I was told please pull up we will bring the food out to you I was on the phone and finally realized how much time had gone by so I went in and they said oh no we forgot about you but the manager that time was at least apologetic I didn't want free food I didn't want someone to get on there knees and beg for forgiveness I just wanted a simple were sorry and to acknowledge they had done wrong I have already sent GrubHub a message in regards to this issue as well for I feel the drivers should know what it is there picking up in order to make sure they have the entire order we live in a world where everything is but a few clicks away I know it's not perfect we all make mistakes but stand up and accept responsibility when things...

Well, it was fun enough where they had to pay me to do it...
Needed food for the family. Didn't feel like another burger. Although we live in Casa Grande, there is still a limit to the variations of mexican food we can enjoy.
So. We needed a break. Chicken, it was
KFC won the coin toss.
Placed the order on the app at 630pm.
Set the pickup time for 730pm.
Why? Because the past three times I've ordered at the eatery itself, I've spent half an hour waiting for food when I've placed an order at the counter.
So. Give them an hour to make the food and have it ready. That makes sense, right?
Get there at 7:30, expecting the breaze through the drive thry and be on my way home with no fuss, muss or drama.
I should have known better. But hope springs eternal.
I was finally given my food at 7:53pm. Just like I would have expected if I had ordered the food at the counter.
Funnily enough, they marked the order as complete in their system at 7:30. Guess they didn't want to have their metrics reflect their abilities.
It is kind of sad when you go out of your way to compensate for a known weakness and they defeat you by aspiring to new levels of encrapification.
And then they offer you a $3.00 side for your inconvenience.
Please. Show me how little you think of my time, my patronage and the effort I have expended to work around your known short comings.
Please don't lie to my face and say that it will "just be 2 more minutes."
I can hear you asking for them to drop 16 tenders in the fryer after i've been waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes after my order should have been ready.
As an added bonus...
They put the box of biscuits in the bag vertically... Resulting in a block of things that were biscuits when they started.
I guess the positive side of the experience is that I didn't overhear them conspiring to spit in my food...
Yay KFC. You might do chicken right, but it takes you a few tries and a lot more time...

Have visited numerous locations of this chain and have never even thought of having a buffet but after visiting this location I don't know if I can ever go to another one. Not only that, but they have a punch card ap the 7th visit is free! If you want chicken and side (most available except fries and macaroni), this is your beat bang for your buck. Also have salad and dessert.
Not only was this an AMAZING visit because of this $6.99 option from open til 4 PM, the staff there was great. I usually tell my wife "what do you expect, they are working in the fast food industry," when we get subpar customer service but this place turned my opinion in a 180 degree fashion. I received top notch customer service at one of the last places I would expect. They answered questions, got what I needed and even let me take my bones home for me pets.
Food was fresh and great as usual. I had basically a family meal for the price a little more than their box prices. If you're a KFC fan and in the area, definitely stop by. If your not but are in the mood for fried chicken than definitely...
