Avoid this store. Worst ppl and bad Manager! I spent 400 worth items. First, Yeti cooler was ringed in higher than advertised and they made price adjustement but it had a lots of scratches, ended up choosing different color with out scratch for 40 more. Among 4 of stanly tumbler my 40oz h.2 ringed in ar 4t when price sheet in back saying exact same name and color of tumbler shown for sale at 32.99. Asked staff and thy have no clue ( first person said it's not on sale) we went back together shown him the displayed sale item, he had no clue, and manager named Nick* came by and saying they have no control over even he sees wrong display or false advertisement shown in front of his face at his store telling me I have to deal with stanly directly lol. And either buy or leave it, and I told him I will make full return on my purchase today because of the way he speaks and he said fine with that. What a manager they have. I still walked out with purchased items since it was already paid for and I just want to exit this place asap. This is not really about few bucks! They lost life time customer for nothing with wrong crew. I came by register and asked for GM,s contact info for me to reach out regarding to issue and one guy said he will get the card for GM. And this same manager Nick came in and telling me their store doesn't have GM so he couldn't provide the info. He said" we only habe store manager here and I can not provide you any information or contact" asked again, I am here as a dissatisfied consumer at my right to ask for store managers contact, and he wouldn't provide. He insisted me to call next day. What a wonderful place they have with bad MGT ruins multi-million dollar investment. Ended looking up a google review, and ofcourse. Read moreI purchased a pair of Nike leggings in a large, that were on sale for $20 at the Grandville location. The large was too big but I really liked the leggings so I took them to this location for a possible exchange. They didn’t have them in stock so they decided return them on gift card and purchase a new pair online for me. When they looked online the pair that they said were coming up when scanning the pants were $50 but the pair that looked exactly like the pants online were $20. The associate stressed to me that they were right but that it would be hard for them to mark them down to $20. I said ok but are you sure those are correct because I just want these same exact leggings.I was also confused because the Granville location had no problems marking them down. So he grabbed a manager they said that they had to put money on a gift card (to offset the price and get them down to $20) as well as try to use my gift card to reorder them but that the system Doesn’t like using two gift cards. I said no problem. He basically shrugged me off and pointed me to a pair of awful looking black athletic shoes. I mentioned I was looking for something more attractive. He kind of shrugged and didn't say anything. I said 'I'll keep looking'. I walked around and picked up a pair of Saucony, asked if he thought they may work. He scanned the shoe and said "we don't have that in your size" and proceeded to walk back to his position in the rear of the shoe department. There was zero interest in selling me a pair of shoes and zero interest in asking me about what he could do to help me find a pair that would work for me. I zipped out of that store fast and drove 1/4 mile to Gazelle's and got SERVICE, CARING, and INTEREST in making a sale and getting me into a comfortable / workable pair of walking shoes.
