I don't agree with Jordan Coleman. The "old lady" as he calls her is the owner of the business "Sylvia" she is very knowledgeable and has decades of experience in the business. She is not rude and she is not disrespectful. She is very polite friendly and genuinely cares about people. This store has been serving Casper for over 25 years. She has helped 100's of people in this community with their health. This store is beautiful and always an education of your health every time you go in with high end products that do not have fillers that many brands do. You can definitely tell who the pets are at this store. I felt looked down at & felt as if she thought I was stupid. Sorry, lady (owner?), I've been practising homeopathy & holistic healing for MANY years. How dare you take the next customer that got to the line AFTER me, call him by name & proceed to make nice with him, then when it was my turn to be waited on, you were short & -quite frankly- rude to me. TSK TSK. Bad service. Apparently I'm not the only one. I'll have to be sure those other customers that had to deal with you get this link, so they can leave their reviews as well.
